Personal Training Fees and Details:
50 Minute Sessions
Private (one on one): $40
Groups of 2: $25 per person
Groups of 3: $20 per person
Groups of 4 or more: $15 per person
Mini Classes 6 or more: $10 per person
30 Minute Sessions
Private (one on one): $25
Groups of 2: $15 per person
Groups of 3: $10 per person
In an effort to keep all personal training sessions on schedule for your benefit, the following cancellation policy exists:
All cancellations require a 24-hour curtesy notice. In the event that a 24-hour cancellation is not made, the member will be charged the full amount.
Payment will be made in full prior to the session by members and non members.
Non-members pay an additional guest fee $5.00 per session.
Above, Laura's leads a FRIDAY lunch time workout, It's a TGIF event and fits into your lunch time schedule.

My New Year’s Resolution for 2011 and many year’s before was always to “get myself into better shape and lose 10 pounds”. I am proud to report that as of January 2012, I have not only reached my goals but have lost more than 20 pounds and 2 sizes. My friends are astonished by the “new me” and ask me “how did you do this?”. My answer is “personal training twice per week with Laura Bowling”. I have been trained by several personal trainers over the last 4 years, but although I increased my strength and stamina, I have never changed my overall fitness level and reached my weight and BMI goals before now. My tennis has improved and the best part is that I no longer have the injuries that I indurred for several years.
I owe all of my success to Laura and can’t wait to hop on the treadmill as the sun rises each morning. What a beautiful way to start each day!
Oh, and the best part of my success is that now when I look into my closet, I can wear anything I want! Ladies, I know you understand this statement!

“Deborah and I recently read about a new fitness offering in the weekly email blast.
We decided to subscribe to the six week nutrition and fitness special offered by Laura. We are two weeks into the program and very pleased with it!!
The nutrition program is tailored to each of us. There are plenty of delicious AND nutritious menu selections, complete with recipes and a shopping list, and a daily menu program with lots of flexibility!
The fitness program is also tailored to our needs, and is focused on the fitness and balance elements we all need for tennis!!!
On top of that Laura is just so enthusiastic and personable!
